Common sense in research as well as in practice is what I strive for and have helped me in both, my professional and personal life. Additionally, I am a certified green belt in Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement as well as skilled and knowledgeable in Automotive Repair, the art of leadership, and communication. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's Degree in Management with two Graduate certificates in Organizational Management and Human Capital Leadership from American Public University. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate with Northcentral University in Public Administration.
