Nicole Livingston | Northern Illinois

I am a recent graduate from Northern Illinois Uinversity with a Bachelors in English and a passion for writing stories, especially fictional ones in the science fiction/fantasy genre. I am currently writing a fantasy novel. I also dabble in other activities such as playing piano, video games, swimming, and drawing. I really like cartoons, with some of my favorite ones being Steven Universe, Adventure Time, and Gravity Falls.  

I have always loved learning new facts about everything and anything, and I am always eager to learn about people's different perspective on the world and why they believe what they believe; I feel that journalism is a great way to explore these different perspectives while providing the public with much-needed information.
