Burnout is a condition of a person experiencing fatigue, physical, mental, and emotional stress due to work. Burnout can affect productivity at work, socializing relationships with others, and health problems.
Some signs of someone experiencing burnout, namely, the first is physically always feeling tired, lack of energy, easy to get sick, and not being excited. The second is mental, feeling depressed, unable to regulate emotions, and easily sensitive.
The causes of someone experiencing burnout are :
Work so hard that you forget to rest or sleep and take time to relax

A work environment that demands completion, is stressful and doesn't get appreciated after work
• Toxic coworkers
At work, being ignored by coworkers belittled, and not getting support from anyone in the work environment
The way to deal with burnout is to change your lifestyle, take your own time to exercise, adjust your diet, learn to process stress, and always think positively.
