A hostile work ethic is a single individual or group behavior that has led to the systematic lack of productivity, reliability, accountability, and a growing sphere of unprofessional relationships.
Work ethics have the primary role of promoting communication and respect among employees and enhancing quality customer relationships built on integrity and honesty. Failure to follow workplace ethics is regarded as a downfall to the firm regarding wages, positions, and time.
