Baby John: Varun Dhawan’s first glimpse is out

The remake of Theri, starring Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh, is titled Baby John.


Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi have teamed up for the 'largest action entertainer', Baby John. On February 5, the film's producers published the first look poster and a video introducing Varun Dhawan's role. For those unfamiliar, Baby John is the official Hindi version of director Atlee's Theri, which starred Thalapathy Vijay, Samantha, and Amy Jackson.


After landing a smash with Jawan in his directorial debut, Atlee will become a producer in Bollywood. He is co-producing Baby John alongside Jio Studios and Cine1Studios.On February 5, they released the film's first-look poster and a sneak peek. Atlee uploaded a YouTube link to the trailer and commented, "Unveiling the Biggest Action Entertainer of the Year 2024! #BabyJohn, starring #VarunDhawan, #KeerthySuresh, and #WamiqaGabbi, is releasing in cinemas on May 31st!


Kaleeswaran directed the action film Baby John. The film will release in theatres on May 31, 2024. Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav play supporting parts in the film, which also stars Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi. S. Thaman wrote the music for Baby John.


Thalapathy Vijay's Theri was one of Atlee's most successful. In the commercial, he played both a cop and a bakery owner. Baby John's first look: Varun Dhawan carries the throne in this Atlee film. Along with Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi play key parts.


Co-producers are Priya Atlee, Jyoti Deshpande, and Khetani. Varun is seen in the promotional film seated on a throne, surrounded by traditional dancers. Varun grabs a bird and has a passionate, angry expression, signifying an impending battle. The actor posted a video on his Instagram account. In his picture, he is looking sideways, a face is behind him, and there’s a message on a poster: "No beast is more savage than man when possessed with power answerable to his rage."

Fans are getting excited about their favorite actor in a serious role. As we all know, Varun Dhawan has always done comedy movies. Only a few he had done had a more serious note, such as Badlapur, which was one of his tremendous works, so fans had high expectations from the hero this time. First, he is Varun Dhawan, and second, the movie is already the South’s biggest hit, so it’ll be a slight challenge for him as people and critics will try to compare it with the original one.
