The seasoned actor had succumbed to cancer in 2020 after a lengthy struggle. Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with leukemia, a form of blood cancer, and valiantly fought the disease for two years. Sadly, he succumbed to it on April 30, 2020, at the age of 67. During his battle with cancer, he had also undergone treatment in New York before returning to India.
