5.      Exercising lightly

A little exercise before starting activities such as jogging or yoga at home

6.      Breakfast

Breakfast in the morning as an energy intake to start the day's activities, by eating healthy and nutritious food

7.      Reading a book

Reading books, news, and newspapers to improve brain work, can even be an inspiration to increase productivity.

8.      Write a to-do list

Make a list of activities to increase productivity and work to be more focused, scheduled, and completed on time as written.
