Checking in with Fuyao Glass America 4 Years After "American Factory" on Netflix

The 2019 documentary American Factory introduced Fuyao Glass to the Western world, following the construction of the first Fuyao Glass America factory. It proved the company to be both a saviour to industrialized Ohio and the failed General Motors plant but, at least partially, as ruthless if not more than its competitors. 4 years later, we examine the state of the union that was addressed and thwarted in the documentary, as well as the success of the company by financial, quality control, and ethical standards.
