
Police reported a 43-year-old unconscious person who died of a stabbing at 02: 35 p.m. in the neighborhood of Rincon Hill. At once, they treated the wounds of Bob Lee and found two cuts from a knife stabbing at his chest. Later, they took him to the hospital, where he died.
Bob Lee is a tech executive and software engineer known for founding Cash App. Furthermore, he was the eminent product officer of the cryptocurrency company Mobile Coin and chief technology administrator of Square.
Rick Lee verified his son's body and referred to him as his "best friend" in a statement. Rick Lee also posted on Facebook, "I just lost my best friend," and clarified that his son passed away in San Francisco on Tuesday morning, 24 April 2023.

Even Tesla CEO and Twitter chief executive Elon Musk criticized the violent crimes happening in San Francisco. Elon Musk paid tribute to fellow entrepreneur Bob Lee. Musk also commented on the outage of violent crimes saying, "Violent crime in San Francisco is horrific, and even if attackers are caught, they're often released immediately."
San Francisco Standard received footage of Bob walking down a vacant street. He appears to be asking for help from a car parked in front of him. Bob was lifting his shirt to reveal the wound and stumbled towards the car to get help.
However, the car moved away. Mr. Lee lost his balance and fell to the ground without being noticed by the person in the vehicle.
