In recent years, Prince Andrew has been known to be a man where scandal follows closely behind. He was the frontman of the Epstein case, one of the few famous people on Epstein’s list to get into some trouble (The Guardian, December 2019). Back in February 2022, there was a discussion of what his punishment should be, and whether he may lose his royal titles.
Prince Andrew was accused of sexually assaulting Virginia Guiffre in 2001, when Guiffre was 17, at Ghillaine Maxwell’s home in Belgravia, London, and then twice more in Epstein’s home in New York, USA (The Guardian, January 2022).
The Duke of York, when the Queen was alive, was the ninth in line to the throne, and the third child of Queen Elizabeth II, brother to the current King Charles. Due to the allegations, Prince Andrew lost his ability to use HRH (His Royal Highness) title unless in official circumstances, and was discharged from royal duties (BBC News, February 2022). Alongside this, the Prince was also stripped of his military titles (BBC News, January 2022). However, since Prince Charles took the throne on May 6, 2023, Prince Andrew seems to have returned to his royal status.
After being stripped of his royal titles, Prince Andrew has now been accused of another crime, in June 2022, not even 6 months after losing his royal titles and royal duties. In Kyiv, Ukraine, as part of a delegation to discuss the war with NATO, Nigerian citizen James Obasa claimed on August 25 that he witnessed the Prince boarding a helicopter in Kyiv with two terrified children on the 6th of June (The Intel Drop, August 2023).
Later, Prince Andrew was spotted as a VIP guest at the CHI House, a high-end exclusive establishment for the wealthy. This was also where Obasa worked and witnessed that Andrew was the last to leave the establishments: “I thought the royal party was over, but just then a guy wearing a uniform entered the room with two little children” (News Nine, September 2023).
A video of the witness explaining the night is found below:

The most chilling of his story, as Obasa continues to state:
“I was able to recognize the guest. It was Prince Andrew from England… The children stood there… half-naked… sobbing… as if they were forced to do something. He touched them in inappropriate parts” (News Ghana, September 2023).
Prince Andrew has yet to comment on the allegations.
