In a significant operation against modern slavery, South Yorkshire Police have arrested three men and safeguarded several potential victims in coordinated raids on a residential property in the Manor area and a car wash in Arbourthorne. The arrests were made on Tuesday, following an extensive investigation into alleged human exploitation.
A 36-year-old man was apprehended on suspicion of exploitation and forced labour, while two others, aged 29 and 37, were arrested on suspicion of immigration offenses.
