TELANGANA ENDS LOCKDOWN

As we all know that India suffered its second wave from March 2021 and has finally seen some relief as there is a great decline in no Covid-19 cases across the country. While many of the states are still under strict lockdown allowing only essential items to be open and delivered there are some states which are trying to reopen certain things other than being essential like restaurants, bars, liquor shops, shopping complex, etc.


But the TELANGANA Govt. is all set to open the state and lift all the Covid-19 restrictions in full flow. What are these restrictions which are going to be lifted and what are the Major highlights under the Unlock?


The govt. is set to open and lift restrictions from all the educational institutions from July 1 2021 in the state for physical classes and this is the major highlight as no state govt. has come to such decision at all. The K Chandrashekar Rao govt. has announced the complete reopening of the state after the decrease in cases on Saturday only. "The Cabinet has instructed the Education Department to reopen all categories of educational institutions in the state from July 1 with full preparedness, and the students are allowed to attend the classes physically," the government said in a statement.


The cabinet has also instructed the Education Department to release a set of guidelines and instructions regarding the compulsory attendance of students, online classes, and other issues. As we all know from March 2020 almost all the major institution in the country had have been shut and have not reopened yet due to pandemic and only those are getting the learning who can afford it and many of them cannot who are unable to afford it and has all the branches to lift the restrictions throughout the state.


The cabinet has decided to lift the restrictions after monitoring the decline in no of Covid-19 cases in the state, the Medical authorities also monitored decline in positivity rate and corona have come into full control," the Chief Minister's Office posted on Facebook.


The positivity rate in TELANGANA on Friday was just 1.14%, the total no of cases was also over 1400 only in 24 hours whereas the no of Covid-19 deaths was just 12.


The state imposed a 10-day lockdown from June 9 and has finally eased down the restrictions by e-opening the state. On Saturday, India reported 60,753 new cases and 1,647 deaths in 24 hours.


Many medical authorities are now saying that the third wave of Coronavirus could hit by September end or in the first week of October 2021 and can have adverse effects again.


The Hyderabad metro rail will resume its services from Monday only.it will operate from 7 AM to 9 PM from June 21 2021. The Hyderabad rail department also added- “The Hyderabad Metro Rail will now operate from 7 am (first train) to 9 pm (last train from respective stations), reaching all terminating stations around 10 pm, with COVID-19 Safety protocol in place. It also asked passengers to strictly follow COVID-19 protocols including wearing masks and maintaining social distance. 


The govt. also added that all the necessary precautions like wearing of masks, physical and social distancing and all other guidelines has to be followed by the people of state strictly.
