How Two Ideology Help China for Its Development and Security

Communism was one of the important ideologies of the 20th century but with the changing times, its ideology started deteriorating and this is the reason that today only 5 communist ideology countries (China, Vietnam, Cuba, North Korea and Laos) are left in the world. Out of all these communist ideology countries, China is the only country that has made amazing development and made the economy of its country very strong in such a short time.

As we have seen in history, how did the Soviet Union, the largest empire of communism, disintegrate like a pack of cards, but what the reason that even today, while adopting communism, not only does china stand firmly, but it also wants to give arguments to powerful countries like the USA.

China has only one political party system and this one party name is the Chinese Communist Party. There are mainly two objectives of this party. First, maintaining social stability & second is safe its territory.

China adopted an indirect capitalist path to maintaining its social & economic growth, while on the other hand, it chooses the communist path for country indoor (like protest) or outdoor (territory) security.

How did China become so strong economically by adopting the indirect path of capitalism?

Since when the entire power of china had come to the communist party that in 1960 Chinese government made industrial and economic development under their Mao Zedong leadership which become the biggest fail for the country. Cultural revolution is also an important part of this failure. The main reason for its failure was to work forcefully with labour and lack of technical knowledge.

In 1976 after the death of Mao Zedong a fellow party member Denge Xiaoping then become the permanent leader of the CCP and Hua Guofeng took the title of party chairman as the cultural revolution ended.

The program of the four modernization become the next focus of the development as the new government leadership shifted more in the direction of market socialism. The new leader understood here china does not have enough resources for booming its economy, natural resources like America or other developed countries have. But they have lots of human labour in the form of resources, with the help of them, they will have to fulfil their goals. Deng Xiaoping worked extensively to utilize china’s massive workforce by equipping them with the requisite skill and capacity.

China under Xiaoping, released government control over agricultural lands and encouraged private farming. Deng promote township and village (TVEs) so that the surplus-labour of the agriculture sector can be shifted to the low skill manufacturing sector.

After that china moves into the textile industry and become successful in this area also. China starts to skill their labour and educate them.

The time to open china’s luck came when technology hub Countries companies like Japan, South Korea and America needed cheap space and labour for the production of the products due to the increasing demand in the market for their products. And china was successful to give them what foreign country’s company wants.

After this, China made its market by adopting a copycat policy in every sector.

Deng Xiaoping is also responsible for opening China to the outside world and it’s often credited as the architecture of Modern China. Foreign investment, a more liberal view in business, played a game changer role in china economy.

Communism in China has evolved since its introduction to achieve remarkable success but not technically purely communist status today. While the party remain in a position of power the economy in China has taken on some capitalist quality over the year.

As the top export nation on the global china has also managed to take am 88.3 extreme poverty rate in 1981 down to stunning 0.7 in 2015.

Under basis communism, the basic principle never allows for private business, profit or economic classes. Still, some experts argue that China is in the process of becoming more capitalist in regards to their economy which is very possible because many countries have a mixture of varying degrees of capitalism and socialism.

The potential for this combined structure in China has been present since the 20th century becoming especially significant around 1978 when Chinese delegates began to travel to over for foreign nations to gather information about other economic systems and success.

Only a few years later the ban on private farming was removed and private ownership businesses across china began to grow. While the government still insisted that they were not becoming a capitalist country despite the declaration it’s a step away from strict communism even so the control of the party in the nations is important to note and plays a direct role in their status as a communist country.

According to the scholar’s communism in china never really collapsed because technically it doesn’t exist. Even though the people’s republic of china is considered one of the last remaining communist countries.

Its capitalist characteristics have allowed for a highly successful economy and a functional political system accepting the creation of communist capitalist symbiosis for investment for china saved itself in the 90s while the whole blocks collapsed mainly due to being unsustainable.

China Politics are run by CCP in a structure that cannot be easily described in other terms. What type of government china is run by itself is often a heavily debated topic due to its unclear format but there is no doubt about CCP playing the role of authority? China capitalist view is play a major role in its economy.

How does china tackle security threats from its communist ideology?

Those waste in size and population Beijing operates the geographic disadvantage it has a 14,000 km coastal line ranging from the Bohai Sea in the north to the Gulf of Tonkin in the South. Costal china is the metropolitan connected wealthy sufficient area always has been lot international trades come in this area moving along the yellow sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea. Costal china is also populated. Most ethnic Ham Chinese live here. The west interior part of china is Altay Mountains and is sparsely populated, here economic growth is not too good.

Administration mapping of china GDP per capita exposed the other side of china. According to their data, it shows that coastal china very high GDP rate, and on the other hand internal china part have a very poor GDP rate.

As we can see coastal china is the main China and all its economy work here, in that case, China must protect coastal china not only from foreign countries attack but also from inside protest who are disturbing or dangers the peace of the country. For coastal china to avoid foreign conflict, it is necessary to secure its territory.

So, China has adopted the path of communism to avoid all these security threats, in which CCP always keeps the people of china from politics, adopts the policy of one party for government and does not maintain transparency with the rest of the world regarding its policies or security equipment.

China Belt and Road initiative (BIR or B&R) not only gives china economically growth or help China become a powerful nation but also through BIR it's trying to grow interior area and make more secure china territory.

This confirms that the path taken by the post-china leaders of deciding to not adopt fully communism turned out to be very beneficial for the country but this is a different issue than the Chinese leaders, considering themselves to be completely communists, refuse to accept the point of capitalism. China is such a set example in front of us which tells that according to the situation and geography of the country, it is necessary to make little change to the governance system if it’s needed (when we don’t have another option left).

Without communism, china wealth distribution system and social sustainability never work properly and country security also faces problems.
