Top Five Podcasts to Help you Through Menopause

Menopause. Menopause is when your periods stop due to lower hormone levels, usually between the ages of 45 and 55. However, sometimes it can happen earlier naturally or for other reasons such as surgery or cancer treatments.

Perimenopause is when you have symptoms before your periods have stopped; only when you have not had a period for 12 months is when you have reached menopause. Both menopause and perimenopause can cause various symptoms such as anxiety, mood swings, brain fog, hot flushes and irregular periods.
