During the worldwide lockdown, the internet was the sole support to provide education and healthcare facilities to the people. Many companies offered work from home to their employees to sustain jobs. This was only possible through the internet. We can easily connect and communicate with our dear and loved ones through various social media platforms. In the old days, no one had ever imagined that our lives will become so much easier now. Internet is incredibly useful. Our world is so much smitten by the internet. You can find the internet in every field whether it is education, healthcare or, business. It has changed the way of working and made it far easier.

It helps in effective communication through emailing and instant texting in every part of the world. It improves business interactions and transactions which helps in saving time. We can easily send money through the internet. Online Banking has made life easier. Education has received a large boost as uncountable books and journals are available online from libraries across the planet. This has made research easier.

Students can now choose online courses through the internet. Various vacancies have started advertising online which has made job applications easier. Professionals can now exchange data online, thus improving research.

Illegal or inappropriate content is easily available online which isn’t preferable for children below 18 years of age. Addiction to social networks can harm an individual’s life, both personally and professionally. Some miscreants use the web to hack into people’s private accounts to misuse them and also for stealing their bank information. Yet others are known to misuse the web for spreading hate and terrorism, two dangerously catastrophic scenarios. However, those indulging in misusing the web are few and much in-between.

On a world scale, the web has been the simplest thing to have happened to human society in recent years!
