Glasgow, Scotland
I am a highly motivated Taiwanese who just completed an International Master's in Central Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia Studies at the University of Glasgow. I am also a person of open-minded spirit who has been engaging in travelling as well as language learning(French and Russian), specializing in Central Eastern Europe and the European Union studies.Apart from my passion for langauges, I am also a voracious reader and a newsletter writer for a student news outlet Lossi 36, focusing on Central Eastern Europe politics , external and internal policies.
As a writer I am currently trying out various ways of writting articles as well as in-depth reseach of the topic that I'm interested in. From time to time I would insert some of my acedemic expertise into my articles, making them more analytical and more thought-provoking. Various opinions and discussions are welcomed.
My previous acaedemic writings included: Russia's strategic culture and its impact on the continuity and change of Russia's projected identity: Putin versus the Eastern Partnership (EaP); Has Russia attempted to balance or hedge against China's rise? Which factors have shaped Moscow's policy choices?
My most recent reseach: The change and continuity in the securitization of EU energy narrative(s) and policy in light of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine 2014-2022: The case of the European Parliament
