Susmita Sen is back again to her out fitness regime after surviving a major heart attack

Susmita Sen, the former Miss Universe shared photos on her Instagram account. She shared photos of her fitness regime on her Instagram account. She has recently survived a major heart attack. She shared a picture of her stretching on a wheel. She has passed that phase and now is on her journey to recovery. One of her fans said, "Genuinely glad to see you sharing this and previous posts. I cannot even begin to imagine how scary it all must have been for you." "I wish you a speedy recovery, so good to see you back. God bless you always, you are a gem and inspiration always."

While the procedure was going on, her privacy was kept intact until she was discharged from the Nanavati hospital in Mumbai. She thanked all her well-wishers for their support. On Saturday she thanked the doctors for their care as she reflected on her past few weeks. She stated that her greatest learning is a generation of goodness and positive energy. She started light body movement after she survived a massive heart attack. After Susmita Sen shared her health update wishes from her fans started pouring in. She thanked her fans for their undying love and support.

She survived an angioplasty and a stent has been placed in her body. She was admitted to Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital. She started practising yoga and stretching after getting approval from her cardiologist. She captioned it, "Keep your heart happy and courageous, and it'll stand by you when you need it Shona(wise words by her father @sensubir). She wanted to thank many people for the aid she received and action.

She survived a 95 per cent blockage in her main artery. She stated that it was a very big heart attack during her Instagram live. She says that though it was a very big heart attack it could not instil fear in her heart and that she is thankful for that 

Susmita Sen has started working on the web series Aarya 3. The International Emmy Nominated show has followed the character of an independent woman who wants to protect her family and joins a mafia gang to seek revenge for her husband's murder. The shows will be available on Disney+Hotstar.
